The first season of Heated Rivalry ended last month, but that hasn’t stopped its reign over the bestseller lists: this week, you’ll find three Rachel Reid hockey romances below. Joining them is a new novel from Colleen Hoover, Woman Down. Despite the many Colleen Hoover books on the bestseller lists in recent years, this is her first new, solo book since 2022—we’ve been seeing a lot of reprints of her originally self-published books in the interim.

This list continues to lack of diversity on many levels, including being disproportionately by white authors. Some Indie Bestsellers you should know about are James by Percival Everett, One Day, Everyone Will Have Always Been Against This by Omar El Akkad, and Mother Mary Comes to Me by Arundhati Roy.

To get these numbers, we look at the New York Times, both Combined Print & E-Book Fiction and Combined Print & E-Book Nonfiction lists; Amazon Charts, both Fiction and Nonfiction; Publishers Weekly; USA Today; and Indie Bestsellers, Fiction and Nonfiction, both Paperback and Hardcover.
